• Web Design & Development
• Mobile App Development (Android & iOS)
• API Development & Integration
• Internship Training Programs (Physical & Online)
• Web Hosting & Maintenance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to active clients.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Respect intellectual property rights of OSP IT and third parties
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our website or servers
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Uganda

4. Payments and Fees

All service fees are quoted in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are as follows:

• Web Hosting: Monthly or annual prepayment required
• Internship Training: Full payment or installment plan available
• Software/Web Development: 50% deposit required before work begins, 50% upon completion
• API Development: 50% deposit, 50% upon delivery

Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy below.

5. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Web Hosting: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if service is unused.
• Internship Training: 50% refund within first 7 days of program start if not satisfied.
• Custom Software/Web/API: No refund after work has commenced. Deposits are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, content, and materials created by OSP IT Digital Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the delivered work (excluding our core libraries and templates) transfers to the client.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any of our proprietary code or materials without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSP IT Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Any outstanding payments shall become due immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Kampala, Uganda.
